Non-Disclosure policy

Congia Enterprises and its employees undertake not to reveal any personal details and or progress to a third party without expressed permission. Exceptions may apply to:

The appropriate officer of the Department Of Education & training and
If the trainee is a minor the legal guardian may be informed of progress details
The employer where it is deemed to be necessary to assist in the progress of the trainee.
Congia Enterprises does not & will not sell client lists to a third party

Client Records/ Access

All clients of Congia Enterprises have the right to view their personal files at any time. A request will need to be made in writing and submitted to the main office of Congia Enterprises. The documents will be hand delivered with in 21days of request or an appointment for the client to attend the office will be made within 21 days.
