Mission Statement

Trainingforce was established in Queensland in 1998 delivering training to the major Whitsunday Region, such as Hamilton Island and Brampton Island and was one of the first Registered Training Organisations (RTO) in Australia to deliver on the job Vocational Training.

Objectives

Incorporated into Congia Enterprises in 2002 it continues its growth and with over 850 trainees to date enrolled it boasts one of the highest levels of completions and a service to its clients that is second to none.

Our material is Industry related and constantly revised ensuring currency and relevancy, empowering our clients and enhancing employment prospects whilst enabling future growth.

Our clients range from small Cafés to large Hotels making use of the Vocational Education and Training (VET) programs that have shown to be most effective and budget increases annually reflect the ongoing commitment.

As an accredited organisation all courses on our scope lead to nationally recognised qualifications.
